Expressive Art Therapy is a Melbourne-based initiative supporting the emotional wellbeing of our community through inclusive, creative programs. We proudly offer free social groups and online exercise classes for Russian-speaking seniors, designed to reduce isolation, foster connection, and build community in a culturally familiar environment. Our activities include: • Fortnightly in-person Social Lunch Clubs • Weekly or fortnightly online Pilates and strength exercises • A warm, welcoming space to share food, stories, and friendships — all in Russian Everyone is welcome!
